Riva 54Metri, the largest Riva ever, debuts at the 2026 Monaco Yacht Show

Ancona, 22nd September 2026 — All eyes are on the largest Riva ever, built entirely in aluminium. From 23 to 26 September, the star of the 2026 Monaco Yacht Show will be the Riva 54Metri, the biggest yacht in the brand’s history. She has an all-aluminium build and a gross tonnage of 499 GT. With her, the new flagship takes the Riva legend to new heights, reinterpreting on an unprecedented scale the hallmarks that made the brand an icon of the yachting world.

Like every Riva masterpiece of the past thirty years, the 54Metri was designed by Officina Italiana Design, the studio founded by Mauro Micheli and Sergio Beretta and exclusive designer of the entire Riva range. The project was developed together with the Ferretti Group’s Product Strategy Committee and Engineering Department. Her balanced proportions, slender silhouette and pure lines come together in a vision of remarkable harmony. Contemporary details and sculpted surfaces, enhanced by metallic finishes, give her profile depth and a three-dimensional character.

At the Monaco Yacht Show, the 54Metri will be joined by the Riva 130′ Bellissima, flagship of the tri-deck range built at the brand’s La Spezia shipyard. The Riva 96′ Argo Super and the Aquarama #747, restored by Riva Classiche, complete the line-up.

The outcome of an extensive design process, the Riva 54Metri measures 54.83 metres in length, with a maximum beam of 9.18 metres and a draft of 2.2 metres. Her slender lines, perfectly balanced proportions and sculpted surfaces give her a striking, expressive presence. A refined colour palette and polished steel details heighten that presence, both signatures of the Riva tradition.

At the core of the design is a constant connection with the water. The yacht achieves this through a sequence of generous, panoramic spaces and a natural flow between inside and out. Full-height windows open up multiple views of the horizon. Meanwhile, the many outdoor areas and fold-out bulwarks extend the beach area and cockpit, turning them into true terraces over the sea.

The same pursuit of harmony carries through to the interiors, where fine materials and exquisite craftsmanship create an atmosphere that is both sophisticated and welcoming. Natural teak, Sahara Noir and Bianco Rhino marble, and leather details combine in an elegant composition. The marble comes from Tunisia and Africa respectively. The result reflects Riva’s ability to blend heritage with contemporary style.

Powered by two MTU 12V2000-M96L engines, the Riva 54Metri reaches a top speed of 18 knots and cruises at 14 knots.
