Combining a clean aesthetic defined by classic lines with technological innovation, refined Italian craftsmanship and CRN’s bespoke design culture, Cerulean is the result of a close collaboration between CRN, drawing on its extensive expertise in naval architecture, engineering and the construction of fully bespoke metal yachts, and the vision of Dutch studio Vripack Yacht Design and Italian firm Nauta. Vripack developed the yacht’s exterior design, preliminary naval architecture and general arrangement, while Nauta was responsible for the interiors and the design of the outdoor living areas, with particular focus on comfort and spatial flow.<\/p>\n
Y.CO, acting as the owner’s representative and project management team, provided technical expertise and oversight throughout construction, from inspection and acceptance through to project management, supervision and coordination of third-party suppliers.<\/p>\n
With a length overall of 70 metres, a beam of 11 metres and a gross tonnage of 1,100 GT, Cerulean spans four decks, accommodating 12 guests in the owner’s suite and five VIP cabins, along with 15 crew across nine crew cabins.<\/p>\n
Cerulean has a classic elongated bow, a sleek profile and graceful, sailboat-inspired lines, complemented by gently curved bilges and a seamless surface. A key feature is the continuity between interior and exterior design: geometries and proportions echo one another, creating a flowing, recognisable path in which the same patterns are reinterpreted across different scales, materials and functions.<\/p>\n
Guided by the owner’s bespoke vision, every decision, from the choice of materials to the definition of technical solutions and onboard systems, was shaped through continuous dialogue between form and function. The resulting interior concept transcends trends and time, expressing a deep connection to maritime culture through a sophisticated blend of timeless details, where heritage is reinterpreted with a contemporary, refined aesthetic.<\/p>\n
The superyacht integrates advanced engineering solutions, energy efficiency and the highest level of customisation, in line with the leading standards of international yacht design. She is also fitted with an Energy Storage System, designed to manage onboard energy flows according to planned operations, capable of peak shaving and silent operation at anchor, contributing to a substantial reduction in fuel consumption.<\/p>\n
The build and design, combined with CRN’s ability to listen to and shape every vision, embody the shipyard’s distinctive value: Cerulean is a fully custom construction, a unique superyacht carrying the unmistakable essence of her owner.<\/p>\n
