Ancona, 8th October 2026 \u2014 On 30th September, the first Custom Line Saetta 128′ was launched at the Ferretti Group Superyacht Yard in Ancona. The ceremony brought together everyone who contributed to the project. Also present were architects Matteo Sassone and Veronica Yien of SY Design, who created the exterior design, and Chiara Massarani of ACPV ARCHITECTS Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel, who designed the interior architecture. Three yachts have already been sold, which confirms strong market interest in the new model.<\/p>\n
The Saetta 128′ has a length overall of 39.80 metres and a maximum beam of 7.69 metres, and stays below the 300 GT threshold. The model expands the Saetta range, Custom Line\u2019s family of planing yachts, and was built entirely in Ancona. The exterior design marks SY Design\u2019s first collaboration with the brand. The interiors are by ACPV ARCHITECTS. Custom Line Atelier supported the development of the interiors and defined the style and bespoke solutions.<\/p>\n
The yacht spans three decks and is designed for well-being, conviviality and outdoor living. The layout gives guests and crew both privacy and functionality. On the main deck, a 33 m\u00b2 aft deck leads into the 40 m\u00b2 main saloon, which includes the dining area. Forward is the owner\u2019s suite, with a dressing area and en-suite bathroom. Natural light from the full-height windows makes it a private retreat closely connected to the sea.<\/p>\n
The upper deck holds one of the Saetta 128\u2019s most distinctive features. A sky lounge of around 20 m\u00b2 opens onto a 40 m\u00b2 aft terrace. Forward, a 25 m\u00b2 area has a large U-shaped sofa with built-in storage and a sunbathing area. Thanks to the new deck layout, this space can become a relaxation area, with the option of a wellness zone with a hydromassage tub. The sundeck gives 30 m\u00b2 to open-air relaxation, with sun loungers and free-standing furniture that allow maximum personalisation.<\/p>\n
The lower deck has four cabins, three VIP and one guest, for 10 guests. An additional pullman bed raises this to 11. The crew quarters are forward on the lower deck and accommodate six crew members, including the captain.<\/p>\n
The exterior profile is sleek and dynamic. The stern design gives the yacht a bold character, and the generous screen-printed glazing in the saloons lightens the overall volume and opens up views of the surroundings. Sportiness and elegance sit together naturally. The same energy guides the interior architecture. Soft geometries and furniture on suspended bases seem to float and continue the sweeping line of the hull. This first hull features the Perfect Mood interior concept, with lacquered finishes in chocolate and mocha tones, walnut and maple woods, white marbles such as Sivec, and ivory wallpaper with a three-dimensional texture.<\/p>\n
The Custom Line Saetta 128′ is powered by twin MTU 16V 2000 M96L engines of 2,638 hp each. She reaches a top speed of 22 knots and a cruising speed of 19 knots (preliminary figures). The yacht can also be certified to IMO Tier III standards. Certification uses an SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) system, which cuts nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions by up to 70%, in line with the Ferretti Group\u2019s commitment to environmental sustainability.<\/p>\n
